Unfortunately, I can't consider any story ideas other than my own. If you've got an idea, write it. You may think you could do better than I have. Again, write it. It appears to me that horror seems to be the most wide open genre at the moment. Though there may not be as many print options as there once were, the Internet offers all sorts of opportunities. Duotrope's Digest has an extensive list of possible publishers for horror writers.
